Refund policy

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt without query. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery. Goods should be returned in 'as new' unopened condition along with the original packing where applicable to:

Please retain proof of posting and enclose the original despatch note, along with a contact telephone number, stating the reason for your return. We'll exchange the item or refund the cost (excluding carriage) of the goods whichever you prefer.

We cannot, however, refund or exchange damaged goods, books, charts, software, videos, cut lengths of rope or cable etc. and also any goods which have been made to order.

If you receive your goods and believe them to be faulty, please contact us straight away with a brief description of the problem.
